Learn More About Our Vape Batteries

We only carry the best quality wholesale vape batteries. We carry multiple sizes and types of Bear Rootz batteries as well as a few Vuber Technology Inc. battery options, which means we have bulk vape batteries to fit the vast majority of consumers’ needs. All of our batteries are 510-threaded to fit with most cartridges on the market. Offered in bulk quantities, we maintain an inventory for your brand so that you never run out of the products you need. Whether you are looking to purchase a carton or a couple of pallets, we are your go-to wholesale shop! Our team of customer support specialists are trained wholesale vape battery solution providers.

How to operate a battery varies from one to another but the basic mechanics are the same across the market. We advise you to look at the instructions on the particular battery for specific details.

Our bulk vape batteries are made to be paired with vape cartridges or dab adaptors. Most batteries fall into two categories: inhale or button-activated.

  • Inhale-activated batteries are very easy to use and the consumer just needs to screw on a compatible cartridge and inhale on the mouthpiece to produce vapor.
  • Button-activated batteries are usually turned on by clicking the button 5 times consecutively. This prevents a battery from accidentally being turned on in a purse or pocket. Most button-activated batteries allow you to toggle between different temperatures by clicking the button twice consecutively. An LED indicator located on either the bottom of the battery or around the button will indicate what temperature the battery is currently at. Once turned on, hold the button down while inhaling through the mouthpiece of the connected cartridge. Once done vaping, click the button five times rapidly to turn it off.

Are Vape Batteries Lithium?

Our wholesale rechargeable batteries are made with lithium-ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries are long-lasting, low maintenance, and more environmentally friendly compared to other battery types. They have a long lifespan and can be recharged hundreds or even thousands of times before they need to be replaced and require little maintenance and do not need to be primed or conditioned before use. They are also more environmentally friendly than other types of batteries since they do not contain heavy metals such as cadmium or lead.

Bear Rootz wants to keep the environment in mind. It is important to recycle lithium-ion batteries properly to minimize environmental impacts and recover valuable resources. Many countries have regulations in place to encourage the proper recycling of lithium-ion batteries. Two resources for finding a recycler are the Earth 911 database and Call2Recycle. You can also send individual batteries to specialized battery recyclers, retailers that are participating in take back services, contact your local solid waste, or household hazardous waste program for more options.

How Long Do Vape Batteries Last?

Generally, our bulk vape batteries can last approximately 7 days fully charged. The lifespan of a vape battery depends on several factors, including the type of battery, the capacity of the battery, and the frequency and intensity of use. In general, most vape batteries will last for a few hundred charge cycles before they start to lose capacity.

The capacity of a vape battery is measured in milliampere-hours (mAh). A battery with a higher capacity will typically last longer between charges than a lower one. For example, a 400 mAh battery will typically last longer than a battery with a capacity of 300 mAh.

On average, most vape batteries will last for a few weeks to a few months with regular use, depending on the factors mentioned above. The frequency and intensity of use can also affect the lifespan of a vape battery. Using the device at a higher wattage or voltage, or using it frequently, can cause the battery to degrade faster. However, high-quality batteries can last for up to a year or more with proper care and use. It’s always a good idea to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for battery care and to use the device according to the instructions to maximize battery life.

To ensure a longer-lasting vape battery, it is important to not over-charge your batteries. Avoid keeping batteries plugged in if the battery is indicating a full charge and avoid keeping a battery plugged in for longer than 3 hours.

The batteries we carry are designed to be low maintenance. Still, we do recommend cleaning the connector part of the battery regularly to prevent any build-up of oils from the cartridge. We recommend using 90% isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab or tissue to wipe the threading gently. Do not submerge or run water over the battery to clean it. Our wholesale vape batteries are not designed to come into contact with water. The same isopropyl alcohol can also be used on the connector of the cartridge to ensure the best connection between the two products.

How Long Do Vape Batteries Take to Charge?

The amount of time it takes to charge a vape battery depends on the capacity of the battery and the charging rate. In general, it takes longer to charge a battery with a higher capacity than a battery with a lower capacity.

Most vape batteries can be charged using a micro-USB cable and a wall adapter or a computer. The charging rate for most vape batteries is around 1-2 amps. At this rate, it can take several hours to fully charge a vape battery, depending on the capacity of the battery. For example, our Bear Rootz batteries typically charge in about 2 hours.

Some vape devices also have built-in charging systems that allow you to charge the battery by connecting the device to a wall adapter or computer using a USB cable. The charging rate for these devices is usually slower than a standalone battery charger, so it may take longer to charge the battery.

It’s important to note that you should never leave a vape battery charging unattended, and you should always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for charging the battery to avoid any safety risks.

How to Charge a Vape Battery?

Wholesale vape batteries have different charging methods depending on the battery you have. The Bear Rootz Ray and Sol batteries come with micro-USB to USB-A cables. Simply plug the cable into a USB wall adapter like you would charge your phone, or directly into the wall depending on the outlet, connect the cable to the charging port at the bottom of the battery, and your battery will begin charging. As for the variable voltage twist batteries like our Lotus, the battery will come with a 510-threaded adapter which is screwed onto where the cartridge would normally attach. Plug the battery and 510-threaded adapter combo into a wall adapter and you will be all set.

Each battery that we offer comes with an LED light indicator that will light up during the charging process. Some are located around the button while others are on the bottom of the battery. The indication of the battery is fully charged does vary from battery to battery but the most common indications are:

  1. The light will change from red to green when charged.
  2. The light indicator will blink rapidly 10 times in a row then turn off.
  3. The indicator light will automatically turn off once the battery is charged.

It is recommended to charge the new battery for at least two hours before the first use. Most vape batteries will not hold a charge if drained past the 2% mark. It is better to err on the side of caution and charge the battery more often than not. Each battery comes with a micro-USB charger or a 510-threaded charger that fits onto the top of the battery. If the charger does not appear to be working, try another micro-USB or 510-threaded charger.
